Hi, I am Carlana Johnson a proud mom of 3 beautiful kids and married to an amazing husband. I became a mortgage agent to be able to help people full fill their dreams of owning a home and most importantly help keep their financial house in order.
Carlana Johnson has been in the industry for over 20 years. Her experience in the mortgage industry started with CIBC when she finished her degree in Economics from the University of Calgary. She held several different positions within the bank from personal banker, credit specialist, underwriter and business development for Firstline. Carlana has been a mortgage associate for over 15 yrs and has helped thousands of clients realize their dream of home ownership. She realizes that purchasing a house is not just a home but a financial investment for the future. Her job is not just to get you into a mortgage but to help you do your financial planning over the life of your mortgage. Her extensive experience working for a major lender has helped her be able to understand both sides of the mortgage broker and lender relationship. This ability allows her to work with the client and the lender to make it as smooth a process as possible for the client when making one of life's biggest purchases. Carlana has won several awards as both an mortgage associate and has won the CIBC's Presidents award as an underwriter. She is also an Accredited Mortgage Professional with CAAMP.
